Job Summary
The Operating Room (OR) specialty position is located in a hospital setting and involves working within a high-volume surgical department. The role requires candidates to have thoracic and vascular surgery experience and proficiency in endovascular cases. It entails working 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with varied schedules based on unit needs, and participation in holiday rotations.

- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

- End Date: 04/10/2027
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience, thoracic and vascular surgery expertise, proficiency in endovascular cases, certification (NBSTA Certification required), scrubbing experience, and prior travel experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult patient populations, familiarity with a Level 1 trauma environment, and experience with robotic, hybrid, and outpatient procedures.
- Float: Float rotation may not be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be certified in their specialty and able to scrub with proficiency. The role involves working on a 56-bed OR, including outpatient and procedural areas, handling diverse case types such as neuro, trauma, general, orthopedics, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, robotic, hybrid rooms, ambulatory orthopedic, burn, hepatic-biliary. The patient population is adult only; no pediatric cases will be considered. The candidate may float between OR locations but not across different facilities.
