Description
Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the healthcare organization located in the facility. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care by following the nursing care plan, supervising ancillary staff, and supporting patient safety. The assignment is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, with a duration of approximately three months.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours
- Duration: 09/07/2026 through 12/07/2026
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift, valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), a minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience, and current nursing licensure.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops individualized care plans, actively participates in patient rehabilitation programs, initiates discharge planning, and ensures effective communication of patient status. The RN provides supervision to ancillary staff, participates in team activities, and maintains safety and professional development standards.
