Description
Job Summary:
This position is for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurse in a day shift setting. The role involves caring for patients across multiple units including telemetry, progressive care units, intensive care units, and emergency departments, with a focus on handling medication administration and maintaining telemetry monitoring. The assignment is designed for nurses with at least two years of experience in telemetry and requires the candidate to be separated from the healthcare provider organization for at least six months.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Required Qualifications: Valid MS TELE RN license, EPIC experience, BILH cover sheet at time of submission, strong telemetry experience, separated from the organization for at least six months, with 2+ years of related experience.
