Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Morristown. This position involves providing comprehensive critical care to patients in a high-acuity surgical and medical environment. The role requires assessment, clinical skills, documentation, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, with a focus on individualized patient care across the perioperative continuum.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; ICU nursing experience of at least 1 year; valid RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); location in Morristown; no minimum years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree; additional skills in safety protocols, pre-admission testing (PAT), patient education, and clinical assessment
• Additional Information: This is a high acuity Surgical and Critical Care setting requiring ICU experience. Supports include patient assessment, documentation, safety adherence, and education tailored to surgical patients and their anesthesia types. Emphasizes professional responsibility, patient safety, and team collaboration.
