Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare organization. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients based on organizational policies and professional standards of nursing practice. The position requires accountability for delivering high-quality nursing services, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and clinical skills to provide appropriate care tailored to patient needs.

Job Details

Location: Not specified.
Schedule: Night shift; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or valid licensure through a licensing compact; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing; professional certification related to critical care or ICU nursing.
Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as assessing patient conditions, planning and executing individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting patient care accurately.
