Description

Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) registered nurse (RN) position located in an acute care setting. The RN will independently plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care during cardiovascular procedures, collaborating with inter-professional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment utilizing advanced equipment and technology.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 08/31/2026 to 11/28/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; EPIC experience; 2 years of healthcare experience including ICU, CVICU, PACU, or Telemetry; experience with Impella, Rodo, ECMO (including cannulation), Balloon Pump, Shockwave, Vego IVUS, OCT, Angio Vac preferred; ability to float between assigned facilities; no new graduate nurses.
  • Additional Information: Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment required; flexibility to rotate locations between downtown, Baker, and North Naples hospitals; participation in a call schedule of 8-12 days over 6 weeks, with 1-2 weekends (Friday-Sunday). Candidate must be capable of responding within 30 minutes when called; a minimum of 1 year RN experience in cardiovascular areas is preferred.
  • Note: Facility prefers candidates with EPIC electronic medical record system experience and will require passing an EPIC assessment on the first day of assignment.
