Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Fort Bragg. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department, supervising and directing nursing staff, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The role supports the organizations commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate emergency care in a coastal community setting.

Job Details

Location: Fort Bragg
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor; S.T.A.B.L.E Certification
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation. Analyzes assessment data; develops a plan with interventions; implements, coordinates, and evaluates care; collaborates with the healthcare team, patients, and families; provides patient education; participates in discharge planning; delegates duties appropriately; performs other related duties.
Additional Information: Must have Epic experience.
Experience Requirement: 1 year minimum experience in emergency nursing or related field.
