Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nursing position available in a healthcare organization situated in a community known for its scenic trails, outdoor activities, and welcoming atmosphere. The role involves delivering coordinated patient care based on established standards and the nursing process, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure patient safety and comfort. This position offers Night shift hours, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) prepared registered nurses with a passion for patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 1900-0730, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, shift duration approximately 12 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required; current EPIC electronic health record experience required; Cerner experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience preferred; PALS certification preferred.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessments, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, provides educational support, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs related duties as assigned.
• Organizational Requirements: All associates are required to complete necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment and participate in E-Verify.
