Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery Department at a healthcare facility in the area is seeking a qualified professional for a night shift position. This role involves providing care to neonates and adult patients within a dynamic hospital environment. The position offers an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and deliver patient-centered care in a busy acute care setting.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification, LA Fire Card; a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience circulating for cesarean sections; previous work at a facility with at least 200 deliveries per month is preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to float between all facilities within the state; RTO requests must be included at the time of submission. Candidates are expected to work 3 of the 5 major holidays. The role requires compliance with background policy and verification of license and background hits prior to submission. References covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
