Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Technician for a night shift position. The role involves providing specialized support in the labor and delivery department, with a focus on assisting in various obstetric procedures and patient care activities. Candidates must comply with specific clinical qualifications and be prepared to work a 12-hour overnight schedule.
Job Details
- Position: Certified Labor and Delivery Technician (L&D Tech)
- Location: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 09/14/2026 and ending on 12/14/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certification in surgical assisting or obstetric support, relevant clinical experience of at least 2 years, prior travel experience, echocardiogram or epic experience, Level 1 trauma experience preferred. Must have at least 2 years of experience, and live 100 miles or more from the facility.
- Responsibilities include: Scrubbing for cesarean sections, assisting with bilateral tubal ligations, and supporting obstetric procedures.
- Additional Information: Candidate must have a current flu vaccination (no exemptions). Prior travel and epic experience preferred. Local candidates are not considered; candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility. IVS (Interview Scheduling System) will coordinate interviews and job offers.
