Description

Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialized healthcare professional position is based in a facility environment. This position involves working in a neonatal intensive care unit with a focus on providing specialized care to neonatal patients. The role requires extensive experience in level 4 neonatal intensive care environments and includes weekend shifts and floating to other units within the intensive care cluster.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Units, with a minimum of one prior travel assignment. Must possess active AR (Advanced Registry) or Compact License, and EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The position involves potential to float to other units within the ICU cluster, including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiac/Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Burn Intensive Care Unit, and Medical Intensive Care Unit (IMU). The candidate must pass a fit test (facial hair restricted unless for religious reasons) and be available to interview and receive an offer from the healthcare provider.
