Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in a specified region. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and delivering direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis. The position includes supervising staff delegated with patient care responsibilities and supporting the facilitys Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing practices. The OR Nurse will work diligently to maintain clinical competency and effective resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, 0 years of experience, location eligibility in the specified location.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an operating room environment, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR), BLS or ACLS certification.
• Additional Information: The operating room Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical assessment, coordination, and delivery of patient care, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. This position requires strong delegation skills, accountability, and the ability to support quality improvement initiatives.
