Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse - Location: Concord, NH. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a high-acuity medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. The role requires delivering compassionate, efficient care for patients with various diagnoses, including respiratory, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and infectious conditions.

Job Details

• Position Description: The role is for a high acuity medical-surgical floor with telemetry, focusing on patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end-of-life care, wounds, and others.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, 2+ years of experience in medical surgical or telemetry, valid drivers license matching demographic address, certifications including BLS and ACLS (including NHISS training and passing a Dysrhythmia Exam with a preferred score of 80%).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system is preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: The unit has patient ratios of 1-5, sometimes up to 6, and may require floating to additional facilities in the area. RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at submission. Clear documentation of relevant certifications and experience is required for submission.
