Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) specialty position in a healthcare facility environment. This role involves working within a fast-paced surgical setting, supporting a variety of cases including total joint procedures, arthroscopies, and general surgeries. The position requires adherence to clinical standards and collaboration with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: 10-hour weekday shifts, from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with call required on weekday nights and weekends. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), and PALS (American Heart Association); minimum 3 years of surgical or OR experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is preferred, but candidates with strong, relevant OR experience will be considered.
• Floats: Float rotation may be required depending on operational needs.
• Additional Information: The unit features four rooms, including three operating room suites and a procedure room, supporting a broad range of surgical cases such as total joints, sports medicine, arthroscopies, and general surgeries. Staff works on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, and the department is very traveler-friendly with a focus on dependability and reliability. Candidates must have a valid license to submit and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The role is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026 and conclude on 12/07/2026.
