Job Summary
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC) Alpharetta, GA. This position involves supporting a busy outpatient oncology practice, including exam visits, nurse triage, and treatment patients. The role focuses on the administration of immunotherapies and biotherapies for oncologic and hematologic diagnoses, providing essential care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Minimum Qualifications: Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of recent oncology experience, including chemo administration. Education Requirements: Not specified.
- Required Experience: 2 years of recent oncology experience, including immunotherapy and biotherapy administration.
- Additional Information: This position requires working 13-week assignments supporting outpatient oncology care, emphasizing the administration of therapies and patient triage. Candidates must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve). No local candidates within 50 miles are eligible.
