Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in an inpatient emergency department setting. The role involves providing specialized care for patients of all ages who present with various trauma and medical emergencies. ED RNs must be capable of quick assessment and prioritization of injuries and health conditions to deliver effective, lifesaving interventions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree; NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS; Telemetry; PALS; NIHSS; minimum of 18 months of nursing experience working in an ED environment, with experience within the past six months; demonstrated clinical performance and practice; effective communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The candidate will work in a fast-paced emergency department caring for patients with a variety of trauma and medical conditions. The role requires the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs efficiently and communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.
