Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Tuolumne County This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department, following established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, and coordinating care with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Delivering patient-centered care in the emergency setting, utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS); AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS certification; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification; 2 years of ER experience; Location requirements.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Additional Information: Collects relevant patient data, develops and implements care plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other related duties as assigned.
