Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a healthcare facility, providing high-quality nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced care. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care activities in accordance with professional standards. The RN contributes to positive patient outcomes through collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams, documentation, and patient education.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or appropriate licensure, BLS certification, and 0 years of experience in healthcare.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing and professional certification.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise care plans, delegate tasks appropriately, and document patient responses and interventions. They will participate in quality improvement activities, promote patient safety, and engage in ongoing education and mentorship. The role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
