Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is located in a regional referral center in Lake Havasu City. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a 16-bed ICU setting, primarily serving adult and geriatric patient populations. The position offers an opportunity to work in a community hospital environment with a focus on critical patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 09/21/2026 through 12/07/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, 2 years of recent ICU or acute care experience, valid certification and education as per state regulations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) preferred but not required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, including ED holding for admitted patients.
• Additional Information: Work with adult and geriatric patients including those with STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation Rapid Ventricular Response, Alcohol Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR.
• Travel: Candidates must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered.
• Other: No block schedule requests; 48-hour shift consideration possible but not guaranteed.
