Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse in a Long Term Care Facility on-site at a hospital. The role involves performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and communicating pertinent information to medical providers. Responsibilities also include admitting and discharging residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and other assigned duties. This position requires working a rotating schedule across day, evening, and night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 07:30 15:30, Evenings 15:00 23:30, and Nights 23:00 07:30, including weekends and holidays. Overtime rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Candidate must have a current Hawaii license by the start date. Any traveler not currently possessing an active State of Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer. Candidate must be available to arrive by the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
• Additional Information: There is no guarantee of hours or shift preference.
