Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in Oregon. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care within the emergency department, applying the nursing process to treat patients, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. The position requires flexibility to work night shifts, with scheduled on-call and weekend duties to be determined by the facility.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, with on-call schedule and weekend schedule to be determined by the facility
- Required Qualifications: Recent (within the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience; 2 years experience in emergency department; certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association (AHA), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) which may be non-active but must be obtainable; Oregon nursing license or willingness to obtain one; minimum of 0 years of experience required.

- Additional Information: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to document patient care accurately in the medical record and to collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. The start date for this assignment is 09/29/2026, with a possible end date of 12/29/2026.
