Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency setting, ensuring delivery of quality care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The position requires utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to support rapid decision-making and patient management during high-pressure situations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an acute care hospital emergency room setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing and relevant professional certifications.
• Additional Information: Provides direct patient care in the emergency room environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, efficient, and safe patient services. Maintains accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses. Participates in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical practice.
