Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Location: unspecified. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a 270-bed facility on a 44-bed unit. The position requires flexibility and adherence to unit staffing needs, operating in a fast-paced environment to support patient needs.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel experience. Cerner experience is strongly preferred. Must hold a TN or Multistate RN license on file at the time of submission. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include providing emergency care to a diverse patient population, managing patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with the medical team.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19, exclusively. The unit requires staff to be flexible to meet staffing needs, with no block schedule offered. Candidates must have at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience and prior travel experience. The unit operates with ratios of 1:4-5, and scrubs are navy in color. Weekends and holidays are required. Age range includes all patients within the general population. IVS (Interview/Verification Service) to schedule interviews; manager to extend offers.
