Description

Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) position located at a busy, high-volume acute care facility. The role involves providing specialized nursing care in a Level I Trauma hospital with a Level 1 Trauma designation and extensive cath lab services. It offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in interventional, structural, and electrophysiology procedures within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour days shifts, flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., four days per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certifications. Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least two years of cath lab experience, including circulating, monitoring in Mac Lab, and scrubbing. Experience with interventional, structural, and electrophysiology procedures preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume cath lab settings, working in a Level I Trauma hospital, and familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records.
  • Additional Information: Assignments are scheduled from September 21, 2026, to November 30, 2026. The environment is fast-paced, with an average of 40-50 lab cases daily. Call is required 4-5 times per month, including one weekend per month. Very large, busy hospital ideal for an RN seeking high-demand experience and professional growth.
