Description

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Surgical (ICU Surgical) registered nurse located in the specified area. This role involves providing specialized care for patients requiring critical surgical and post-operative support. The position offers an opportunity to work within a team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license, a minimum of 0 years of experience in critical care, and a strong background in surgical intensive care nursing. Candidates without open heart surgery experience may be considered if they possess a solid critical care foundation. Valid state licensing and certification as required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in surgical intensive care units, proficiency with electronic medical records, and familiarity with post-operative patient management.
  • Additional Information: The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing postoperative surgical patients, ensuring adherence to unit protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to work overnight shifts and accommodate the assigned schedule throughout the duration of the assignment.
