Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the region. This position involves providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care within a busy surgical environment. The role requires an adaptable and proficient RN capable of managing various cases independently, including robotics, orthopedic, spine, and general surgery procedures.

Job Details

• Schedule: Evenings shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Iowa (IA) license or multi-state compact license, current ACLS (American Heart Association) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications, 24 months of current OR experience, proficient in EPIC (electronic medical record system), proficient in DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics equipment, minimum of 24 months OR experience, experience in orthopedic including total joints and spine, experience in general surgery, travel experience within the previous 15 months, scrub experience preferred, experience in Mako/Rosa highly preferred, well-rounded circulating skills for various cases, capable of working independently, good employment history with specific discipline skills, and must include references within the past 24 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Mako and Rosa robotics experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to work 1-2 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed. Minimum of 24 months of OR experience required, with proficiency in robotics and orthopedic surgeries, including spine and total joints. Must demonstrate a broad skill set suitable for circulating many case types independently.
