Job Summary:
Long Term Care Director of Nursing position located in Spring Grove, MN. This role oversees nursing operations within a 38-bed facility providing short-term and long-term care. The position involves a mostly day shift schedule with some flexibility needed to assist on other shifts, ensuring compliance with facility policies and delivering quality resident care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift schedule, primarily 8-hour days, with flexibility to assist on other shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: MN RN license, AHA BLS certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience, with at least two years in a long-term care nursing facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, previous manager, lead, or Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Float: None.
• Additional Information: The successful candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepting the offer, or 24 hours for quick start. Candidate will participate in a week of orientation without guaranteed billing hours during that time. The position involves responding to on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis and may require help out on the floor as needed.
