Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing position located in an inpatient setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process in coordination with the healthcare team. A strong focus on telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition, and emergency response is required. The nurse will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips and passing a basic dysrhythmia test early in the assignment. The position offers a dayshift schedule with a typical workweek of 36 hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; ACLS and NIH certifications; previous Epic electronic medical record experience; ability to self-study telemetry strips and pass a basic dysrhythmia test in the first week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemetry, dysrhythmia recognition, and inpatient medical-surgical nursing.
• Float: Float rotation may be required; float to non-critical care inpatient units, including Emergency Department if patients are boarded.
• Additional Information: The traveler must be capable of responding and arriving on-site within one hour when called during low census periods. The assignment duration is from 09/28/2026 to 12/27/2026.
