Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) job located in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized critical care to patients in the ICU environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The role demands assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification is required; zero years of experience minimum; experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred
• Additional Information: The RN will assess patient conditions, formulate care plans including discharge planning, implement treatments based on physician orders, and evaluate patient responses. The role may include supervising staff and coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. The RN will also participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing education.
