Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Arlington, TX. This position involves providing patient-centered emergency care in a busy ER setting. The role requires delivering quality care while working effectively within a collaborative team environment during night shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications. No minimum years of experience specified.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with two or more years of ER experience and Meditech electronic health record experience will be prioritized.
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a high-volume emergency department with a 54-bed capacity and a staff of 125, including 2 charge nurses and 8 RNs on night shifts. The unit emphasizes team-oriented patient care, with typical procedures focusing on patient-centered practices. A team player personality is highly valued.
