Job Summary:
PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) remote location. This seasonal travel position involves providing post-anesthesia recovery care to a diverse patient population. The role is primarily focused on high-volume recovery following surgical procedures, including neurology, orthopedic, general, and minimally invasive surgeries, requiring flexibility and strong clinical skills.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Duration from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Critical Care experience and/or PACU experience, certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), with no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stroke care and procedures involving high neuro volume, stroke patients, interventional radiology, transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVRs), spine, general, gastrointestinal, colorectal, total joints, gynecology, and robotics cases.
• Additional Information: Candidates should possess critical care or PACU experience, demonstrate a flexible and outgoing personality, and be prepared to float between units including PACU, surgical robotics, and orthopedic centers as needed. The unit is staffed with approximately 70 team members, including RNs and patient care technicians, and maintains high staff satisfaction levels.
