Description
Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in medical surgical rehabilitation is needed in a facility focused on adult inpatient rehabilitation. The role involves delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including conditions such as stroke and heart failure. The position requires commitment to patient-centered treatment and collaboration within a dedicated team.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current certification as necessary, 2 years of relevant experience, and available to start on 08/31/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation and with specific diagnoses such as stroke or heart failure is preferred.
- Additional Information: This role is located on a 60-bed adult inpatient rehabilitation unit with a patient ratio of 1:6. The facility utilizes EHR systems including UDS PRO, Medi Tech, and Pinpoint. No float requirements are specified. Shifts are scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to report at 6:00 PM, and inquire upon arrival with the nurse manager. Parking is free.
