Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency setting. The nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following organizational policies and professional nursing standards, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; no minimum years of experience required, but experience in adult or emergency care preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; additional certifications related to emergency nursing are a plus.
• Additional Information: Provides direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, intervention, and documentation. Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and revise care plans. Participates in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Supports patient and family education and discharge planning within the emergency setting.
