Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse, located at the healthcare provider's facility, is responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as managing complex clinical situations independently.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to develop long-range care plans, manage contingencies, and make appropriate assignments and delegations to other care providers.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required. Current nursing license in the state of employment or compact, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency or related nursing specialty preferred.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Attendance at New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire is required. All newly hired experienced Registered Nurses must complete preceptor-led bedside and competency validation. Annual competency verification is mandatory, and participation in residency or orientation programs may be available.
