Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 1 year of nursing experience.
• Specialty: Telemetry.
• Experience: 1 year.
• The Clinical Nurse is responsible for creating a healing environment, assessing and interpreting patient data, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating care effectiveness.
• The role involves instructing patients and families on self-care, applying safety and quality standards, and participating in team and professional development activities.
• Ability to quickly respond to clinical situations, activate emergency protocols, and utilize available technology for documentation and communication.
• Demonstrates leadership and commitment to lifelong learning, maintaining current licensure, certifications, and clinical knowledge.
• Additional responsibilities include teaching staff, sharing expertise, and contributing to patient care improvements.
• The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English.
