Job Summary
Operating Room Open Heart Specialist This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the operating room setting for open heart procedures. The role requires implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring patient safety throughout complex cardiovascular surgeries.

Job Details

Qualifications: Licenses and certifications required include a valid License/Certificate Verification, Professional Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, three Professional References, and an Ascension Resume. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Operating Room Open Heart procedures and NBSTSA Certification.
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid license and certification verification, professional references, and NBSTSA certification. At least 1 year of experience in the specialty.
Additional Information: The candidate must have experience with open heart procedures and be capable of working in a high-stress environment while demonstrating critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. The role requires compliance with standard precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment.
