Job Details

• Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor; Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience; Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The candidate will collect relevant patient data, analyze assessments, develop and implement care plans, evaluate progress, and coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participation in discharge planning and delegation to healthcare team members are key responsibilities. All associates must receive mandated vaccinations as a condition of employment.
