Job Details

• Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients following organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards. The role involves utilizing clinical judgment to provide appropriate care based on patient data, multidisciplinary team input, and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include developing and revising care plans, coordinating direct patient care, delegating tasks, and documenting care activities thoroughly.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and have experience in an acute care hospital setting for a minimum of one year within the past 12 months.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing care based on the best evidence available, participating in shared leadership activities, and supporting growth and education of team members. Interaction with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team is integral to patient care delivery.
