Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in a healthcare facility. The position involves providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. The role supports patient recovery and safety, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Certifications and Requirements: CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical surgical and telemetry nursing.
• Schedule: Nights, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, beginning on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
• Additional Responsibilities: Managing patient diagnoses such as falls, sepsis, UTI, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, and CHF exacerbation. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing cardiac telemetry, administering blood products, venous access management, and utilizing various clinical procedures and equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, community hospital setting, and trauma Level I/II experience.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit proof of CA RN licensure, applicable certifications, and references within specified timeframes to comply with onboarding and verification processes.
