Job Summary
Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry in an acute care setting. This role involves providing safe, competent, high-quality patient care based on nursing theory and research within a designated unit, ensuring effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: NYS RN License, BLS, ACLS, Tele, Ventilator, 2 years Telemetry experience, Minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year travel experience preferred, EPIC experience highly preferred.
Schedule: Night shift, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
Additional Information: Performs charge nurse duties, coordinates with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate resource utilization, and facilitates patient throughput. Contributes to a safe environment through adherence to quality and safety protocols, including participation in institutional review processes and quality improvement projects. Promotes professional development through ongoing learning, ethical decision-making, and participation in shared governance initiatives.
