Job Summary
Home Healthcare RN Knox, ME. This position involves providing comprehensive home health care to adult patients, with a focus on case management, utilizing EPIC and OASIS systems. The role requires a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional to deliver quality patient care in a home setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: The RN will manage a caseload of 20-25 adult patients, including med-surg, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI, and GU patients, primarily in a home health environment. Responsibilities include documenting visits, utilizing EPIC and OASIS, and providing skilled nursing care.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, EPIC and OASIS experience, minimum of 2 years' experience in home healthcare, valid drivers license, and ability to provide care in Knox, ME.
• Schedule: Day shift from 0800 to 1700, 40 hours per week, every other weekend rotation with a day off during the week. Callback 2-4 times a month between 1700-2000, with flexible scheduling based on agency needs.
• Additional Information: The role requires organization, teamwork, good communication, and excellent time management skills. The clinician will be provided with an agency laptop, I phone, nursing supplies, and specialized equipment, all to be returned upon departure. No overnight call is required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must confirm EPIC and OASIS experience and provide evidence of required certifications upon submission.
