Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating Evansville, IN. This position involves providing professional nursing care in the operating room setting, focusing on general, orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and trauma surgeries. The role requires flexible shifts and floating between two campuses, with an emphasis on resilience, adaptability, and teamwork to meet patient and operational needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: OR RN (Circulating) Days Deaconess Gateway and Deaconess Midtown
• Certifications & Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Indiana (IN) or Compact Nursing License, Associate Degree or Certificate, 2+ years of OR experience including neuro experience; recent travel assignment preferred.
• Schedule: 4x10-hour days, shifts are variable start times (0600-0900), Monday through Friday with possible weekends, guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Open to floating between Deaconess Gateway and Deaconess Midtown campuses; flexibility for mid-shift floating; on call required 1x/week and every 6th weekend with a 30-minute response time; Saturday and holiday rotations as scheduled; interview availability Monday through Friday.
• Required Skills: Neuro experience, general, ortho, trauma, and vascular surgeries; ability to work hard, adapt well to change, and be social and resilient.
• Education: Associates Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Start Date: 09/08/2026; End Date: 12/06/2026
