Job Summary
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position in Woodbridge. This assignment involves providing skilled nursing care to long-term care residents in a rehabilitation and nursing facility. The chosen candidate will support patient care needs for a duration of 16-26 weeks, with a focus on working with dementia patients and supporting multiple units as needed.

Job Details

• Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 01/17/2027
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), at least 3 years of experience, prior travel experience, and LTC experience.
• Additional qualifications include floating required and willingness to work on a schedule that includes every other weekend and 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
• All units have dementia patients, so candidates must be comfortable working with this population.
• Travel and work history information, including bed count, electronic medical record (EMR) system, and facility type, must be complete to submit.
• This assignment involves working with dementia patients and supporting multiple units.
• A bi-weekly orientation is scheduled for the next date available.
• Relocation logistics: Reliable transportation is strongly recommended, with vehicles equipped for seasonal weather conditions if applicable.
• Candidates must read and understand their contract hours and communicate any preplanned time off upfront.
