Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) Appleton, WI. This position involves providing skilled nursing care in a highly regarded nursing home setting. The RN will work primarily evening shifts, with flexibility required, and deliver quality patient care in a long-term care environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS Certification.
• Education Requirements: Associate Degree or Certificate.
• Location Requirements: Must be a local candidate.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of RN experience required; long-term care experience highly preferred.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, predominantly evening hours, with a guarantee of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in LTC/Assisted Living and rehab with a patient ratio of 1:10 in rehab and 1:24 in LTC/Assisted Living with CNA assistance. Flexibility across the facility within skillset, including all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius, is required.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must be able to complete interviews on Monday through Friday and have relevant nursing experience.
