Job Details

• Position Description: RN - Medical Surgical/Telemetry/Acute Care Float Pool RN with Med/Surg background.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS is a plus.
• Education & Licensure: California RN License.
• Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience in a large acute-care hospital setting.
• Schedule: Day shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California RN License, BLS, ACLS, minimum 2 years Med/Surg/Telemetry experience, experience in large acute-care hospitals, floating experience, Epic system proficiency, and strong soft skills including independence, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with bedside nursing tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications: NIHSS certification is a plus.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing a broad scope of bedside nursing tasks and maintaining a high standard of care in a dynamic environment.
