Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse in Ellensburg, Washington. This position involves providing compassionate maternal and infant care in a busy Family Birth Place department, including Level 1 nursery. The role offers an opportunity to enjoy outdoor adventures and scenic mountain views while building clinical skills in a welcoming community setting.
Job Details
- Position: L&D RN
- Location: Ellensburg, Washington
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 1 year LDR (Labor, Delivery, and Recovery)/Postpartum experience, proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred, must be able to start immediately once credentialed
- Preferred Qualifications: Rural healthcare experience, previous work in a Family Birth Place department, experience with Level 1 nursery
- Responsibilities: Supporting maternal care, labor support, postpartum care, neonatal nursery duties, assisting in deliveries, and ensuring patient safety
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all listed qualifications and be available for immediate start
- Additional Information: The assignment is a 13-week engagement, and lodging options are available close to the healthcare facility
