Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse (MS) Loma Linda, CA. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care on a fast-paced acute care medical-surgical unit. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of performing a broad scope of bedside nursing tasks and adapting to a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS is a plus.
• Education/Experience: California RN license; 2 years of Med/Surg and telemetry experience; experience in large acute-care hospitals and floating assignments preferred; prior Epic experience and soft skills such as independence, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with bedside nursing tasks are highly valued.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Role involves working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to perform a broad scope of bedside nursing tasks efficiently.
