Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. It involves utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide patient-centered care, including assessing patient needs, formulating care plans, providing direct care, and evaluating patient response.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, current BLS certification, 0-1 year of clinical experience, and availability to work Nights shift for 12 hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing and professional certification.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in an emergency setting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing education, and participating in quality improvement activities.
