Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing urgent and ongoing care to Emergency Department patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, leadership, and maintaining clinical competence through continuing education. The ER Nurse will oversee patient care delivery, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and supervise assigned personnel to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 2 years of related experience including prior travel experience, and clinical proficiency in Emergency Room procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a PWP (Pay When Paid) facility is preferred.
- Additional Information: Position creation is for coverage during leave. The positions are for a period starting 10/26/2026 through 01/25/2027. No local candidates will be accepted; all travel submissions must meet the experience criteria.
