Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to Emergency Department patients in a hospital setting. The role involves utilizing nursing skills and clinical judgment to ensure safe and effective treatment, with shift coverage scheduled for nights.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license with at least 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Room setting, including prior travel experience.
- Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week from 08/31/2026 to 11/28/2026.
- Position Responsibilities: Providing care to ER patients by applying the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care. Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Providing direction and supervision to assigned personnel.
- Additional Information: No local candidates will be accepted. All travel submissions must include at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience. This position is for coverage due to leave and is at a PWP facility, meaning vendors will not be paid until the healthcare provider gets paid.
