Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor RN (MS) located in Vermont and New Hampshire. This position entails providing direct patient care on a 21-bed Neuro Medical-Surgical unit focusing on neuromuscular disorders, meningitis, stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and surgical procedures including tumor resections, spinal surgery, and head and neck cancers. The role requires rotational shifts, including on-call responsibilities, within a Level IV Epilepsy center.

Job Details:

• Position: Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN)

• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

• End Date: 12/12/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certified in handling chest tubes, tubes, and drips (such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, amiodarone), post-surgical lines/tubes/drains management, Trachs/Laryngectomies, telemetry monitoring, complex wounds, central lines care, and blood draws. Experience is not specified as a minimum.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable handling complex medical and surgical patients, including post-operative and neurology-specific care. On-call duties are required.
• Certifications/Education: Valid RN license, relevant certifications for complex wound, line care, and telemetry monitoring.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
